- Your name and email address when you create an account
- Your phone number if you provide it
- Your shipping or pickup address if you request those services
- Information about your device and the issue you experienced
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never store card details)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and manage your recovery case
- Communicate with you about your case status
- Process payments for completed recoveries
- Improve our services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Your Recovered Files
Files recovered from your device are stored securely and are only accessible to you through your account. We do not view, analyze, copy, or use your personal photos or files for any purpose other than completing your recovery case.
Recovered files are permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after your case is closed.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit
- Secure cloud storage with access controls for recovered files
- Row-level security on our database so each user can only access their own data
- Time-limited download links for file access
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your account, case history, and any stored files will be permanently removed.
