The No-Recovery Guarantee

If we cannot recover any photos from your device, you are not charged for the recovery service. The only exception is the pickup fee — if you chose pickup, we still drove to you, so that fee stands. We believe you should only pay for results.

Pricing FAQ

What determines my pricing tier?
Your tier is based on the storage capacity of your device — not how many photos are on it. A 64GB card with 5 photos is still a Standard tier because it takes the same amount of time to scan as a full 64GB card.
When do I actually pay?
You don't pay anything upfront. After we complete recovery and you review the thumbnails of recovered files, we'll request payment. Only then will you be charged.
What if I don't know my device's storage size?
Select "I'm not sure" during the intake form. We'll assess it when we receive it and may adjust the tier accordingly before charging.
Are there any other fees?
The only fees are the ones you select at intake: the recovery fee (based on tier), the optional pickup fee, and the optional physical delivery cost (device + actual shipping). Nothing hidden.
