What if nothing is recovered?
You pay nothing for the recovery service. The only exception is the pickup fee — if you chose our pickup option, that fee is non-refundable because we still incurred travel costs.
How do I get my photos back?
Once payment is made, you can download your files directly from this website. Or, for an additional fee, we can transfer them to a new USB drive or memory card and mail it to you.
Is my data kept private?
Absolutely. Your recovered files are stored securely and are only accessible by you. We never share, view, or use your personal photos for any purpose.
What file types can you recover?
JPEGs, RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW, DNG, etc.), PNGs, videos (MP4, MOV, AVI), and most other photo and video formats. If in doubt, submit a case and we'll assess it.
How long does recovery take?
Most small cards (under 16GB) are done within 1–2 business days. Larger drives can take 2–5 business days. We'll update your case status every step of the way.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes — your account lets you track your case status, see previews of recovered files, and complete payment when you're ready.
